We are pleased to announce that Elina Seppänen has been appointed as Head of People & Culture at Nordic Healthcare Group. Warm welcome to Nordic Healthcare Group, Elina!
Elina has worked for 20 years in various roles with different employers which have varied from small 20 people companies to huge global companies. She has also worked with a few start-ups and 30-50 different customer companies in Finland and abroad. In her roles Elina has mainly worked in different HR roles, for example as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR consultant, Recruiting lead and HR project manager. She has also worked in business roles in Tieto, and more recently been establishing and building the first-ever HR Business Technology team for Sofigate. In addition, she’s also worked in IT as a project manager and service manager.
