Our team spirit is strong, and your NHG colleagues are there to support and guide you, no matter if you’re at the beginning of your career or are a more experienced professional. Most of our people work in hybrid mode, combining workdays at the office to meet colleagues with other days working from home or at a customer site.

We love team challenges, such as the annual Kilometer Competition, and many of us participate in various local company groups that organize their own activities, such as paddle players, beer enthusiasts, and climbers. On Fridays, to welcome the weekend we get together for a music quiz.
