Mika Kaartinen, specialised in social and healthcare customer experience and ICT, joined Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) in August as senior partner. Mika has solid experience in the field: the last 15 years he has been solely focusing on solutions for the social and healthcare sector. Before joining NHG, Mika worked at CGI, where he was responsible for designated customers and the development of ICT services for the public as well as the private sector.
Educationally, Mika has a Master’s in Science, and further, he has supplemented his skills with Leadership in healthcare studies at Aalto EE. Mika has gained diverse working experience in ICT solutions, and tools for knowledge-based management from software and data security companies, i.e. Secgo and SAS Institute.

Therefore, the customers’ needs and the services offered are not optimally matched. This problem is very familiar to me, not only as an information system professional but also as a father of child with special needs.
