Pirkanmaa Laboratory Centrer
Lillrank & Co analysts have developed the structure of process based financial management at the Laboratory Centre. The production processes were also evaluated with the aid of demand, bottleneck and resource utilization analyses. Based on the analysis, several managerial cases about process changes, analysator centralizations and personnel coordination were built. Further cooperation with the client has related to change implementation.
