City of Espoo Nordic Healthcare Group and City of Espoo have agreed on a wide development partnership. The partnership encompasses development work in areas of primary health care, geriatric services and social services. Espoo has had a good experience with several development projects with Nordic Healthcare Group in 2003-2006. The executed projects have related to income support processes, control and centralization of social services, health center demand management, centralized call centers as a part of general practice, emergency patient demand management and customer and resource control in geriatric services.
